While a wedding is always the merging of two families, Tiffany and Hemant's wedding also celebrated two cultures over a two day celebration. Tiffany's Dad was kind enough to host the wedding on his land near Waiuku which gave an extra nod to how important family is to this beautiful couple.
Tiffany had a clear aesthetic for what she wanted for the two days, keeping some similarities but also some subtle differences. She cleverly crafted the floral and fabric for the mandap for the Indian Ceremony as well as the arch for the Kiwi Ceremony. She also hand made a number of items including her table numbers featuring photos of the couple and a lot of her signage.
It was super important to us that we set up her items in a way that honoured her vision and time in handcrafting all these items and it was so rewarding seeing her face when she walked into the marquee for the first time - moments like that are priceless!
This was one of the most meaningful and special weddings we have had the pleasure of being involved in, the love these two have for each other was palpable, both wanting to respect and honour each other's plans and vision and surrounded by some wonderful family and friends.
